Squashercise is promoted by the BIG HIT (more details below).

This class is suitable for Squash players and non-players alike - It's a fantastic way to get fit(ter), have fun, and improve speed and agility on court.

The class involves lunging, speed work, core stability, improves flexiblilty & finishes with team games in a social & fun environment. Although Squashercise is marketed towards women who want to 'squash-a-size', it is suitable for ALL people, All ages, All abilities & more IMPORTANTLY YOU DO NOT NEED TO KNOW HOW TO PLAY SQUASH to participate.

Classes run on Sundays at 10:30 - £2 per session.
